Building Rental
$750   Building Event Rental with set up/clean up time  & Oaks staffer- 10  hours
                Includes Sanctuary Ballroom, Garden Room, Ladies Parlor, Kitchen & Baths
                Round Tables and Chairs Set Up, Lined Trash Receptacles,  Self-Clean Event*
                10 Hours must run consectively between 9am and 11pm - May add hours
NOTE    - Insurance Liability Policy Required for Day of Event (contact your insurance agent).
$100    Additional Building Manager (required if over 150 guests) 
$50      Additional Consecutive Event Hours (9am - 11pm)
$100   Additional Consecutive Event Hours (prior to 9am or after 11pm)
 
Set- Up Options - must be same day or day prior to Event
$250   Friday - up to 4 hours (self-set up) Some time restrictions apply.
$100   Same day set up at earlier time than event hours (up to 4 hours - self set up)
$75     Per hour fee for Oaks Staff to dress tables and decorate for you
$0       Set up within the 10 hour rental time included with rental price.
 
Clean-Up Options
$0       Self-Clean* (included with building rental - Renter will clear tables of trash during and after event, decor and linens following event, put away chairs and sweep floor, spot mop if necessary.  All personal possessions and other decor should be removed before end time of rental session.  Kitchen and bathrooms should be in same order as on arrival.  Bagged trash should be tied and removed from all areas including bathrooms and kitchen and placed in trash bins outside exterior kitchen door.  A checklist and cleaning supplies will be provided on the day of your event. 
 
$250   Oaks Staff will do all of the above following your event with the exception of renter removing all personal items, decor, remaining food and beverages during contracted rental hours.  Renters should keep tables and kitchen clear of food and dirty dishes during event as per state code, unless arranged with Oaks staff for additional $50.

$7.00 each   - Linen Table Cloth Rental (White or Ivory)
$1.00each    - Linen Napkins - folded (several choices for decorative folds)
$10.00each - Centerpiece Rental (many lovely colors, floral, mirror and fabric)
$150              - Sound System Rental - (Speakers, Mixing Board w/ plug,Microphones)
$150             - Technician / Master of Ceremonies (4 hours)
$100             - Kitchen Use Fee -  Complete kitchen clean up by renter or caterer is required.
$2.50            - China/Silverware Rental (per person)
$200            - Table Bussing & Dishwashing Services
$100            -  Event Security (Required if Alcohol is served - 2 req. if over 150 guests)
$ 30             - House Bartender Fee (per hour) Required if serving alcohol

$500            -  Event Coordination (Pre-Event consultations, assistance with wedding    
                           professionals coordination, decorative planning & time, agenda,  and

 Keep it Simple Rental Package
It doesn't get any easier to put together your event yourself
when the venue is perfectly prepared and self-cleaning!
This includes 10 hours rental time on day of event,
and either 4 hours set up time the day before or we set up for you,
table linens, building/event coordinator, and option for sound system.
And did we mention that we clean up? 
Up to 75 guests - $1500
